I’ve been around job sites in one way or another since I was fourteen, when I helped supervise my family’s home being built. Watching ideas on a drawing slowly turn into rooms you could walk through is what hooked me. That early experience set me on a path into architecture, project management, and now site supervision, always focused on one question: how do we build smarter, safer, and more sustainably?

Over the past 7+ years, I’ve worked as a Project Manager and Architect on residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects totalling over $8.5 million in value. In India, my journey took me across both architecture and renewable energy, from housing developments to solar EPC projects that helped reduce electricity costs by up to 80%. Seeing the impact of well‑designed solar systems and energy‑efficient buildings first-hand convinced me that sustainability isn’t just a trend, it’s a responsibility.

In 2022, I moved to Canada to deepen that expertise, completing graduate certificates in Project Management and Energy Management at Algonquin College. Today, I work as a Site Supervisor at PriTec Management, where I’m responsible for daily site operations, quality, safety, and schedule. On-site, I’m constantly looking for ways to bring energy knowledge into real construction decisions, whether that’s how a building envelope is detailed, how systems are coordinated, or how we think about long-term performance and operating costs.

Looking ahead, my vision is to build a business at the intersection of solar energy and clean technology, exploring solutions like green hydrogen, fuel cells, and carbon capture. The future of construction lies in combining solid, practical building practices with innovative energy systems and sustainable design from day one.

This blog is where those worlds meet.

Here, you’ll find:

Real stories and lessons from the field as a Site Supervisor, PM and former Architect.

Practical guidance on project execution, coordination, and site leadership.

Insights on energy-efficient building technologies and renewable energy systems, especially solar.

Reflections on how construction and clean tech can work together to create more resilient, low‑carbon buildings.

My goal is to make these topics clear, honest, and useful, whether you’re a student exploring construction, a young professional on site, a project manager, or simply someone curious about how we can build a more sustainable future.

If any of this resonates with you, I would like you to follow along, ask questions, and join the conversation. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to share what I learn along the way.
